How would I go about creating animations for UMA 2 Avatars?

    I am referring to this free asset: https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/3d/characters/uma-2-unity-multipurpose-avatar-35611

    I am trying to create animations for UMA characters with the following constraints:

    1.) I have no motion capture equipment.

    2.) I have a tight budget, as I am a hobbyist.

    3.) I have no access to a premium 3D modelling program, as licenses are typically expensive.

    Preferably I could find a solution that works with the Unity editor (ie, an editor extension asset would work).
