I'm essentially trying to create a QWOP styled movement system, in 3d but the concepts are still similar, but cant for the life of me figure out how it works. I mean I'm surprised theres nothing at all on the asset store about it, but hopefully you guys can help me figure it out.

Nah, I didn't know what qwop was, so i googled it and got addicted for 10 minutes. I guess if you have to explain a joke, then it wasn't that good:(

I got it immediately. I read the title of the post and was like WTF is a QWOP.. these kids and acronymizing everything is getting frikkin' ridiculous.

Looks to me like you'd just set up some colliders, set to rotate at the "joint" locations, and move them around as people press keys.

I googled too and think "oh god... this is QWOP..." next time some description or picture will help.

As wccrawford said, colliders in arms, legs and anywhere else and rotate/move them according to the character moving. Do u have an specific question?

Well my issue is, I've tried to set up a physics driven character before, but my guy just falls down without even moving. But that might be a good thing, in QWOP terms
