How to use the engine for the tractor?

I’m using Realictic Car Controller for my tractor model, I need the tractor to boldly go through high mountains, and of course, increasing engine power and this is what I need, but now it starts and drives like a sports car, I don’t understand this very well if you don’t know what kind of RCC package it is then just tell me what I need to pay attention to, I will be very grateful for any help
