    Hi,

I am working on Unity 2019.3.14f1. I am using it without the internet (activated personal license offline). Whenever I open package manager it says I am offline (yes it's very intelligent notifying me that) and lists packages available in my project under Unity Registry. But as per my knowledge unity has many packages installed on my PC on this path
    C:\Program Files\Unity\Hub\Editor\2019.4.13f1\Editor\Data\Resources\PackageManager\Editor
How to use them? I found that I can use local packages from the option using the plus icon on the package manager (Add Package from tarball). This is OK for a new project.
But now I have a sample project from a friend with packages HDRP, Shader Graph, and VFX Graph. When I try to open this it fails as Unity not able to find these packages. How to solve this problem?

    Rahu

    Hi Rahu,

We have a pinned thread to troubleshoot connection issues. Can I ask if you have tried that?
