How to update standart assets?

    Hello, i updated unity. Now i get an error with some standard asset scripts.
    I think i need to reinstall them.

    I tried it with the instractions on: https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/AssetPackages.html

    However the import package has no menu attached where i could choose the asset the only entry is custom asset.

    How can i update the assets?
