How to update SDK tools to 26.1.1 ?

    Been trying for 2 hours without success. Have downloaded the command line tools from the android studio website but I don't know what to do from there. And SDK manager from old SDK folder doesnt show any updates for the SDK tools...

    Ran the sdkmanager.bat from the new command line tools folder, but nothing really happens
