:( Google Play requires at least two screen shots from your mobile game. Now I know I can easily take a screen shot of the Unity Editor and crop the image but the problem is the graphics from my computer are much better than the actual mobile graphics. So how do I take a screen shot from my mobile device instead?

o_OIs it okay and legal to do a screen shot from my computer instead of getting a screen shot of the actual mobile graphics?

You can take your screen shots on your computer if you want, you can edit them, whatever. It is just marketing material.

For example look at this games screen shots:
    https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ea.games.simsfreeplay_row

They have clearly edited them and added marketing banners on top of them..

You can do what you please, but if they are misleading the user, they will probably just uninstall your app and it will perform badly.

How do you know this? Are you sure? There is a google developer policy that says that your ads can't be deceptive:

You should email them if you want to be sure. They don't take long to reply.
