How to switch on to the Publisher Portal 2.0 ?

    I can't switch on to the new Publisher Portal 2.0.
    I used to have a link at the top of the page to the Publisher Portal 2.0. This link no longer exists, it has disappeared.
    Maybe someone had a similar problem?
