Video How to stream video hosted on github with Unity Video Player?

Hi,

I'm still newbie with both Unity and GitHub.
How can I play a video that I hosted on GitHub repository?

I changed the URL portion of Video Player component to my github video URL,
and then built it out as WebGL. (attached screenshot)
When I tried, the video portion was black and didn't play anything.
Did I miss any step?

I would appreciate your pointers!
