How to start pactile system in the middle?

I have a snow particle effect in my scene. When I start the game, I don't see the snow because the particles start appearing at the top and then they fall off. It looks like the snow newly starts. I want to make it like it was already snowing. How can I do this?

 

Enable pre-warm in the particle settings, there's always a start delay by default when you create new particles, also post these kind of questions in the graphics section next time.
