Question How to shrink a TileMap back to its smallest occupied size?

    In the Unity editor how to shrink a TileMap back to its smallest occupied size?
    By default it start with the minimum required size/extents but during the edit of the TileMap once a cell at any of the edges is touched it stays in the "occupied" list of the TileMap and using the Rect Tool it will always show the ever biggest size even if all the cells near to the edges are cleared with the eraser in the TileMap
    How to force the TileMap to shrink itself to the smallest occupied area again?
