Hello, with a friend we're trying to share a unity project but we're unsuccessful. We linked the project and we're both registered on it. He has it on his computer but when I click on the name with a little cloud and "Source control" on Unity Hub, the project is blank.

How to publish in collaboration? We don't have the collaboration icon with the circle and the little dots.
Also there's an error at the bottom of the screen as you can see in the screenshot.
We're both running Unity Hub 3.4.1 and Unity 2022.2.9.

Thank you and sorry if it's a stupid question we're beginners.

The best thing beginners can do is pay attention to the error messages shown on your screen. This says it all basically:

Collab is dead for good. Switch to PlasticSCM or use Git.

Well that error message is nonsense though since PlasticSCM also doesn't exist anymore, it was rebranded as Unity Version Control.

Do you have any documentation on Unity Version Control? Or any explanation on how to use it? I can’t seem to find how it works, I don’t know if it’s me or if it’s done poorly

    thank you
