So I want to create a script or something that when I interact with an object, it saves my scene im in, takes me to a different scene, than I interact with an object in there that loads the saved scene. Kinda like baldies basics I guess. Where when you interact with a notebook you go to a notebook scene, then go back and everything is how you left it. Thanks!

Also check out JsonUtility. It takes advantage of Unity's serialization format to save data for you.
