How to run Cache Server locally?

    Hi,

    Has anyone could get Cache Server running locally? I've tried everything I could, even ran the server via node.js but Unity fails to find it. I also tried the supplied zip file with each Unity release.

    I have to switch between Android and Desktop very often and I'm hoping that running this cache server on an SSD drive would decrease content pipeline on platform switches.
