How to remove these dividing lines?

    Hello everyone, I don't know if this topic belongs to this forum. I put this question in Unity Answers some time ago. We are trying to make an MMORPG system, we have separated the character into parts so that when it is put that part of the body is hidden, it disappears is a piece of skin, simply deactivating the object. But these ugly lines appear (image1&2). Does anyone know how they can be removed but that the character remains separate? Or is there any other technique to separate the character and not see these cut marks?

    Note: We have already tried UMA and we don't like the plugin at the moment.

    You have to preserve normals, when you cut your mesh into pieces the normals are changed.

    How can I do in Blender 2.8 or Maya?
