How to remove folder at collaborate at server?

When using collaborate,

I am struggling with korean name folder name, so I want to change it, but I can't because even after I change folder name from local and then publish, but at server, it remains and red error msg appears.

Then how to resolve this?

Read the red part in your screenshot. If something is interfering with the server then you really don't have too many choices.

 

It says "..........Contact support if this continue to occur"

but unity support not helped a lot. Long wait or no answer.

Collaborate is bugs and crashing party.
