I know the question sounds a little basic but here's what's going on:

i once got invited to a repository to work on. after a time, i finish and now the owner removed my access (as it should happened), i also erased the server and repositoy from my machine and the account but heres the problem: even after i erased from dashboard, local, physical project, all i could erase, plastic still tries to connect to that server. i cannont find any sign of that server in my account or plastic software that tell that the software has to connect to that server.
am i missing a place, hidden file or something that i need to erase to avoid plastic, everytime i log in, to keep asking me to connect to a server that no longer exist, dont have access to and is not registered ?

i also see this server in the "Mergebots" section in the server list and cant remove it. cant figure out how.

    thanks.

    Hi,

If you want to reset the local data of your client to get rid of some old references to an old server you can find the hidden folder Users/youruser/.plastic4 (Mac) or Users/youruser/appdata/local/plastic4 (windows) it contains the client configuration files, try to rename it to "plastic4backup" with all GUIs closed so that it rebuilds next start.

If this is not enough then the owner probably did not remove you from the organization, you can reach us at devops-vcs-support@unity3d.com in that case, we need your email and the name of the org and we can remove you completely.

Thank you very much. it worked.
you said something important "the owner didnt remove you from the organization" does this mean that the owner has to remove me from the server in order to erase the server or project ? cant i just leave the organization ?

    Hi,

Yes, currently you don't have the option in the dashboard to leave an organization, that is why we do it from support, reaching devops-vcs-support@unity3d.com as you did.
