How to reinstall application from Google Play?

Hi,

This is really annoying testing problem: I want to ensure that the latest app
we have uploaded into Google Play works OK when installed from store (.obb
expansion files and all). Thus I want to simply reinstall it from store to a device.
However, as the testing device has earlier installs, it "installs" .APK from some
internal buffer instead of loading the version from the store.

How to get the device to dl from Play? I do not want to do factory reset every time,
it can not be that difficult!
