How to read text that is engraved on real world object?

    I want to know on how to read text that is engraved or surface by scanning with handheld device.Which plugins should I use.How to use Unity to get started.Any suggestions will be helpful.I have attached an example image below.In Samsung Bixby application it recognises the text easily.Looking to do something like that.
