How to prevent adding packages to each new project?

Everytime I create a procjet I have folder named Packages with a few packages. I don't need them, how do I remove them from appearing in my projects?

 

That's a great feature request! I would think this belongs into Unity Hub as part of the project templates which can be created. I can imagine having a template for "Empty Project" which doesn't contain any packages at all, but also wanting other default setups. So, maybe this would be a nice request in the Unity Hub section.
