How to Play Animation at a fixed distance from each other

    I am making a fighting game where I am performing some grab and throw moves on enemy. But the animations doesn't play from the best distance and rotation. I have tried to forcefully set the distance, applied many other techniques that I have found in Forum.Unity & UnityAnswers but none of them works perfect.

    Currently I am using the Humanoid animations and Mixamo humanoid character with root motion.

    Any solution would be much much appreciated.
