How to place UI Document in Scene

I'm looking to add a UI Document to the scene as is shown in some tutorials and in the example project, but I'm not seeing such a game object type, nor am I finding that component.

Did something change, or am I doing something wrong?

I'm running 2021.1.0b2, UI Builder 1.0

I don't think it works in 2021.1, as there is no option to download a preview version even when pre-releases are turned on in the package manager.

The demo project using 2020.2.0b11 works fine, no issues with finding UI Document gameobject/Component.

I'll just transfer my work to the 2020.2.0b11 till they sort it out.
