How to opening faster

    I have a project about 30GB. It take so long to opening I don't know why

    My PC has SSD installed and that project already in this SSD my ram is 16GB. and CPU is i7 8700 GPU also is GTX1080
    I have the almost very high performance PC but this project still opening slow

    Anyone know how to fix?
