How to open a door?

Hello everyone! I'm a beginner with the long term goal of trying to recreate the first chapter of the indie horror game Bendy and the Ink Machine, but I'm having trouble getting doors to open. I want it so that when I go up to the door and press e it will open.

I created a door frame and a door using Probuilder, and I'm trying now to get it to work. Unfortunately, no matter what I do I can't. When I create animations on a hinge it doesn't create an animator for some reason, and all of the tutorials on youtube are from 2016 or earlier.

Just wondering if anyone could help point me in the right direction.
