How to Occlusion Cull a scene that is generated at runtime?

    I have a puzzle game that generates the the world by spawning in prefab "rooms" that all connect together, creating a larger puzzle. Can someone please point me in the right direction to set up occlusion culling for these prefab "rooms"?
