How to match 3ds max camera orthographic with unity

    I have a 2d rendered image from 3dsmax. The camera I use in 3dsmax has rotation (35, 0, 40). I also set the camera rotation in unity with that parameter. Then I created a sprite tilemap for the floor but it's completely different from the rendered image.
    Can anyone help me explain? Here's my asset
