Subversion is an open source version control system and can be found here:
    https://subversion.apache.org/

    sudo apt-get install <package name>
is a console command in Linux. It basically tells the system to install an available package - e.g. subversion.

https://packages.debian.org/en/buster/ (all available stable packages for Debian 10.3 [Buster])
    Example: https://packages.debian.org/en/buster/vcs/subversion
    -
https://packages.ubuntu.com/en/eoan/ (all available stable packages for Ubuntu 19.10 [Eoan Ermine])
    Example: https://packages.ubuntu.com/en/eoan/devel/subversion
