How to make text show letter by letter while using pages?

    I want to make this same effect:


    This video is old and I tried looking at TMP examples and scripts and only found the Teletype script which makes it write letter by letter but it doesn't stop when there is more than 1 page.

    In the video he also uses a script called PageController which doesn't seem to be included in TMP anymore.

    So how do I do to make multiple pages showed letter by letter?
