    How can I? because I put the .fbx and texture of it in a folder, so then When I load the prefab into unity and try to place it, it doesnt work. (meaning when I try and place it, it wont show up.

    Also, how can i set the camera like the default demo?

    Thanks,

    GJ

    You may get more help if this was put in the Support section of the forums. As for your prefab not working, did you create a prefab, drag your model into it via the inspector, and then assign the texture to its material?

    To get a camera like in the Island demo, go into your project files (in unity) and click to expand the folders:

    Standard Assests-> Prefabs

    in the prefabs folder, there should be a prefab named "First Person Controller" just drag this into your scene

    For prefabs, the best thing you can do is watch the video tutorial on them here: http://unity3d.com/support/documentation/video/

    In fact, I recommend watching all of them. There is a prefab-specific video at that link for you, though. It should explain it all better than any of us could with text and screen-shots.
