Typically you need to market the game yourself in other locations. Organic downloads on Google Play only really happen if there are a lot of other downloads already happening.

You're about 4 years too late to the Flappy Bird clone game party.

Right, but uh... nobody's really going to download it because the statistical likelihood of both you making a better version of Flappy Bird and them not having played Flappy Bird and all its clones is near zero. You are trying to sell snow in a blizzard.

As mentioned before, you won't get too far with a Flappy Bird clone nowadays. But just to answer your question, you'd need some kind of marketing, usually Google Ads is a good start (for paid advertising) since it allows you to feature your game/app in the Play Store.

Everything that's been said here is true. I want to add that your store listing leaves a lot to be desired.

Between the broken English and minimal amount of information (only 2 screenshots, weak description, no developer website?, suspect email address), there's no incentive to download the game.

And your game contains ads. Why does your game contain ads? Without a large user base, you're not going to make a penny from those ads. All you're going to do is annoy anyone who does decide to try your game.
