Are you planning on downloading or creating your models... if creating what with?

For a look like that you could just make low poly models (less corners and faces) and don't UV map them or use very low res textures.

In that image everything is just a single color per surface. There is no rounding of edges from normal mapping. Lighting looks to be a single directional sun-light with shadows. Not sure I see any ambient occlusion. It's pretty simple.

Most importantly, don't use any smoothing groups (or don't import normals inside Unity).

Im not sure about c4d but I know in blender you can set an object to "smooth" and any edge surfaces like a cube will have a curve rather than a sharp drop... is there something like that in c4d? Materials/Shaders.... honestly i think this entire scene could be more that easily pulled off with unity's standard shader. If you set the smoothness of the material (with Unity's standard shader) to 0 or very low you will get that low pol look on your models. As for light... as imaginaryhuman said it looks like a single directional light with shadows... for those shadows you want to use soft shadows and probably two cascades to get that blur look to the edge of the shadows. I cant really notice any realtime GI so that isn't really a worry and the ambient light looks like just a cream colour.

    For shadow cascades- edit>ProjectSettings>Quality
    For Light options- Window>lighting
