How to make Legacy particles stay in local space?

    I've got a legacy particle emitter that I want to emit particles in local space. In the Shuriken system I can just choose local from the dropdown menu, but in the legacy system the only thing close to that I can find is "simulate in world space" which doesn't seem to do the same thing. Basically I want a cloud of particles to remain where it's at as I zoom the camera in and out or move around it, so the whole cloud of them gets smaller if the camera get further away and bigger if the camera gets closer. Is this even possible in the legacy system?

    Just fyi I tried using the free sprite packer on the asset store that converts legacy particles to shuriken and the emitter I converted didn't work after conversion, so I think I'm pretty much stuck with legacy.
