One thing you might consider it not making your terrain so flat. Thats the problem I see with a lot of games with outside environments.

Fog? Textures that don't look terrible? Good models? Not-crappy skin shader? Non-edgy land going into the water?

I find that the way you've laid things out is actually somewhat realistic - which is actually bad. Try to be more artistic about it, people don't usually find true realism to be very appealing.

Hope that helps or makes sense.

it doesnt look real, because youve used liimited set of resources...

realistic terrain does not repeat. Trees are different sizes/shapes/colours.. put a directional light in, turn on shadows, get some variations in your trees/vegetation, use more variation in textures on the ground. Get a set of various terrain brushes, shape your ground more, etc.

    Realistic terrain comes with practice.

Your level looks bad. Don't worry, it's because you don't have experience. Though, no one will have the time to show you what to do. There is a solution for your problem. It is called self-teaching.

    Do this:
    1. Go to youtube
    2. seach for "unity level design"
    3. look through the dozens of well made videos
    4. write down what you like about every terrain and try to understand what makes it look realistic and/or beautiful.
HINT: the secret lies in randomization and messiness. Your terrain looks way to tidy. Too 'synthetic'.

I use soft shadows from Unity Pro
I dont know will it be usefull because i have Day and night cycluse
I've got all models from assets store so i think i can't get better models and i max fix that edgy land going to water when i see it now it looks so ugly and unreal :p Thanks !
I'll try to use more diffrend trees , vegetation , more sizes and shapes i though is better when is simmular :D But no i see i'm wrong Thanks!
    I won't :D
I'll check some youtube videos for sure! I don't know i just like to be tidy like in scripting :p But seems that's wrong when i need to make terrain :p
