How to make blur?

    Hello guys :D

    I started making pause menu and I want to blur background a little bit,but I really do not know how to make blur.

    As I can see Unity does not provide any component or something to blur.

    I need to blur 2D image or something similar like panel.

    Okay,so I downloaded package and I put Blur script on my camera but it does not work.Maybe I am doing something wrong.
