how to make animated character arms follow fps camera unity

    I have a animated 3d character put it in a game object with character controller component lets name it player and a camera as a child of the player I use simple script to rotate the player with the mouse X axis and the camera with Y axis what I want is to smoothly rotate the character arms and head with camera and get some sway effect when moving the mouse and another question is how should I do the shooting recoil I mean when you shoot the weapon get back
