Third Party How to make a real room browser with photon or Unite

Hi guys
i am having a really bad time with photon
i don't understand how can something like creating a simple room browser be that hard
i am sorry to dive into my problems directly the thing is i have been using unity for 2 years i learned almost everything in unity i have a game that you can see here

my point is i am not a noob in unity but no matter what i do i can't get the online system in unity i used both unite and photon and went back n forth with them so many times i just can't get it

what i try to do is at least start understanding how can i make a room list browser

and i want to know where is this list going to be stored
and how is everyone going to see it

Gamesparks has online database's, image upload/download , leaderboards and lots more.
