How to load video file from photo library

Hello there,

Have a few question here, is there a way for me to load and play video file from iOS photo library,

I manage to record and save video file to photo library, but now I would like to get the recorded video file and played it inside my app after finish recording.

How do I do this. I know you can play video in mobile using "'Handheld.PlayFullScreenMovie", but how do I access the photo library and played the video.
