    I don't know enviromental storytelling, and it seems fragmented narrative is a part of enviromental storytelling, because the term - enviromental storytelling, is used widely in game design.

    I loved that video.

    Would agree that opinion is the lowest level... It should go:

    Opinion < Knowledge < Action (even with little knowledge) < Content (Products, systems, services, organizations)
