How to keep play market account if there are two developers?

I want to develop mobile apps with Unity with another developer. We are going invest our time for developing, to pay money for advertising and to earn profit if it would. I mean it will requare a lot of investment. That's why I want to be sure that if we earn profit, we have guarantee that it will be shared honestly. The problem is there can be only one play market account's owner. And all power will have an account's owner. Another developer can't do anything if account's owner decides to change password for example and take all profit by himself.

So, is there any solution how to protect both developers from such negative way behavor?
