How to input Text Mesh Pro - Keyboard Input?

    hi unity developers
    im currently developing a unity game and i want to let user enter text by keyboard working with text mesh pro
    i have searched on youtube and found a video that show what i want but not explained (demo)

    can please someone explain how he did it???

    Add or select an existing UI Canvas, then Right click > UI > TextMeshPro - Input Field. I'm using the (previously) paid version but it should be the same.
