how to import the settings from the unitypackage ?

I once found that there was an import settings menu but now, it's gone, how do I fix it

 

You have to go to project settings->Input Manager. Near the top-right corner of the Input manager are three buttons. One of those buttons (I don't remember which one) lets you select which Input settings file that you want to use. You should be able to select the input settings file from whatever package you imported.
