One option that can change the look of a model in unity is the smoothing angle. Go the the model and change the normals to calculate. Change the number around until you find what you are looking for.

Use standar fbx export with unity scale in meters, you did not provided enough information for us to know how to help you.

Well apparently he just past pictures on the coin (the model) and only when he render it in blender he see it. so I want to see it in unity.

exporting in fbx file does not help and when I import the fbx file back to blender the render effects disappear.

You can't just use a model in blender and expect to look the same in unity. Effects that programs like blender/maya/3d max when render can't simply be sent to unity. All "effects" need to be made into textures. Textures that beside the model when you export from blender need to be made into a material into Unity. So you can't just export a 3d model and expect to have texture or material proprieties that you added in an external 3d modeling application.

Also fbx format has the ability to export standard material with the texture attached to the model that can be imported in Unity. You just need to check the option in blender. Google it for the export settings

    Hope this is clear
