how to import a mtl file in unity?

    hi,

    in zbrush export my file obj,mtl

    but in unity i import the file , but the obj is normal material @@ :confused:

    Wouldn't it be easier to import the texture and set up the material again inside Unity? Unity uses .mat files, not .mtl.

    ?? ahh man i use zbrush to export my 3d models

    I just use ZBrush for normal maps, but it will work if you try to export what you painted in ZBrush as an image.

    Export in different formats.

    Right. I would say use FBX, as it can store the model and materials in one file.

    I know, but what are the correct way to import file obj (zbrush)

    Import the OBJ and import the texture separately. Then put that texture into the "Textures" folder so the OBJ can look for it when imported. Go here.

    If you use 3D Builder, click Save As... and then changed the type to .obj
    Save all the .obj and .png in one folder and then drag and drop both of those files in Unity
