How to implement notification dots?

Hi,
I want to implement notification dots implementation in my game.Could anyone let me know if anybody implemented the same in game.

My requirement is to long press on game icon and notification dots to be appeared .Please check screenshot attached

 

Why is this in the General Discussion and not in the Platforms/Android? I think you would get more ideas there, since that forum is watched by more android developers.
