Question How to implement Environmental Based Stat Modifiers

    I'm planning on creating a Turn-based RPG battle game about Mecha and one attribute I wanted to incorporate was the Mecha's compatibility with each environment such as Ground, Space, Atmosphere, and Underwater. If a Mecha wasn't built for a certain environment, it would suffer a penalty to it's Agility and Evasion. I haven't been able to find anything on this, so that's why I had to ask.
