How to hide shuriken icons in scene view?

I'm new to Unity and can't find a way to disable the shuriken icons that are covering the asset's model in the scene view.
I want to hide the icons and just see the model itself so I can get a good look at it (and size the hat correctly).

 

Ah I see, the shuriken icon is the particle system icon. Thought for a moment you had a ninja infestation problem...

Try disabling the particle system.

Or better yet, you can also just hide "gizmos". More info on this.
