Question How to have only one navmesh per scene?

I'm generating new navmeshes for each levels of my game but when I switch from scene 1 to 2, it keeps the navmesh of the first scene and my agent will only use that. Can anyone explain what's happening or how I can avoid this?

On this screenshot (from scene 2) you can see the more transparent navmesh from scene 2 and the other one is from level 1.
