Question How To Handle Http Time Out Issue

    Some time I am receiving Http Time error while login to VIVOX, I read this post about to handle Http Time Out and Time out exception, for Time out exception it's working fine but once I got Http Time I am forced to restart my app.

    Any another approach for this?

    Hello! I am sorry to hear you are having issues with 10028 Http Time Out errors. To help me determine the best approach for your problem, can you answer the following questions:
    • What version of Vivox are you using?
    • What platform are you experiencing this on?
      • If you are on mobile are you seeing this issue while using data?
    • What region are you testing from? (Americas, Europe, Africa, Asia, etc)
    • Does your device use any special security measures like firewalls?

    • Platform - Unity 2021.2.7f1,
    • Build Platform - IOS/Android
    • Data - Router Network
    • Region - Asia,
    • Firewall - No.
