How to grab object by squeezing it with two another objects without changing it's size ?

    Hello guys ! ,

    I'm trying to hold an object with a pincer-like robotic arm . I'm controlling robotic arm with animator and I would like to hold another object by squeezing it . By 'squeeze' i don't mean decreasing the scale . Scale must stay as it is .

    The problem here . When i try to hold an object by pushing robotic fingers the force what fingers create makes the 3rd object fly away to a random point.

    Just like the robot does in this example :
    (But my robotic arm has 2 fingers not 3 like in the video)
