Hey all! Wondering if anyone could lead me in the right direction on what sort of stuff I'd need to include in shader code to get this look. I'm assuming I'll need some sort of vertex displacement and an overplayed "rainbow" texture that scrolls around (as well as possible "colour grading" type stuff??) but have no clue how to actually implement it.

To me it kinda looks like lights moving around.
With procedural noise multiplied by colors you can get quite far as well I think

Ah I feel like my biggest mistake was assuming it was an unlit so I was accounting for "faking" the lights.
